In this episode Bo and Dave have guests who will be speakers at the NLCC on August 18th, 2020. You will hear a snapshot of what the NLCC will look like and how we are better together through community, encouragement, training and coaching.

Our National LEAD222 Coaches Conference has moved to a very interactive Zoom meeting.
$20 includes t-shirt and recordings of all training sessions if registered by August 14.
This is going to be a great time where everyone who is a part of the LEAD222 Coaches Community (ADs, Head Coaches, Coaches and Coaches in Training) from all around the country to come together via Zoom for a day of outstanding training and authentic “Be-With” time. This will not be a sit, watch and listen event. You will be engaged to participate, to discuss and to laugh.
Our time together will include training on best practices and leadership principles that are sure to help you grow as a leader and in Kingdom Impact both in your local context as well as in your coaching through LEAD222! All of our training will be led by well-seasoned practitioners, national leaders and members of our LEAD222 staff team.
We are confident that you will leave this event glad you joined and saying “I’m a better person, a better leader and I’m not alone.”
We plan for this time together to empower you to go into the fall ministry season refreshed, encouraged, equipped and a healthy leader not just in your connection with LEAD222 but in your personal, family and ministry life as well.
