Welcome to Worship for Sunday 23rd July. This week and next
week are a couple of shorter services, varying from what is happening in the building. Hazel and Sarah are having some well earned rest – well we like to think so! However, we have enjoyed thinking about friendship for these two weeks. Sarah looks at the strength in the numbers and next week Hazel looks at hospitality in friendship.
Scripture, read by Hazel. Using a passage from Ecclesiastes 4 and the sending out of the 72 I consider what the value of having friends might be. And of course, we remember that Jesus is a certainly the friend to have in our lives.
