PUBLIC NOTICE

Dear Commissioner Batts, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, The Greater Baltimore Committee, Maryland Tourism Industry, Show owners in the Canton, Fells Point, Harbor East and Inner Harbor:

I, Shorty, will be donating artistic toilets to the city of Baltimore for the next 18 months. I am using this notice so that my artwork is not misunderstood and you don't intend to arrest me for terrorist activity like you did Feb. 7th 2011. The artwork will consist of homelessness, police brutality, community development, the right to housing, and other issues relevant to the citizens of Baltimore city and county and throughout the state of Maryland.

You will find a similar toilet at the Creative Alliance June 27-July 25 portraying Governor O'Malley and his ties to the current situation that exists in Baltimore City. This is strictly an artistic form of expression which is covered under the Constitution of these United States.

All toilets are free and gifts to the city.
