In light of the recent murder of George Floyd, an African-American man, by a Minneapolis police officer, Americans are asking how we can end such police brutality, and, we are asking ourselves at the same time how we can bring about reconciliation between races and heal our land.
As I was seeking ways that I can bring reconciliation, the first thing that came to mind was to begin reaching out to my black friends and to listen, learn and love. One of those friends is my guest today, and my prayer is that our honest conversation will help others open up with one another & talk about issues that may have previously been taboo between cultures. Afterall, opening our hearts & minds to listen & learn is part of truly knowing & loving one another.
