If you are unwell or not feeling good you need to take rest or leave as you would do in a regular case when you go to the office. This is important because your body needs rest and you will be able to work effectively only when your body is in good #health.  We need to #develop #habits that can have a positive feed to our #minds. 

If at any point in time we get into the negative mode or #negative thought process then we need to immediately stop and make a #conscious effort to change the thought. For this the best way to do it is to follow #visualization #techniques every day like writing #goals every day, having goal cards, #affirmations, vision board. 

#Decluttering mind - It is for better #health and #peaceful #life. Having some #physical and #mental #exercise #routine. Physical exercise for body fitness.
