Avoid perfectionism

Do you think you will start with something when you will be perfect?

Do you keep waiting for the right time?

If yes, then you are under the impression of getting perfect and then starting.

This is not the case with you only, it happens with all of us one or the other time.

So, what to do in this case?

This happens because we believe in perfectionism and if you go by what I say perfectionism is just a myth it does not exist in real life.  Is there anyone in this world who can say, I am perfect or I know all about what I do?

The answer to this is NO.

No one is perfect and we all are in a different phase of learning. someone might now less, somewhat might know more but none is perfect and perfectionism does not exist. It leads to wastage of time and also a blockage in our mind.

If you are also stuck in this perfectionism myth and you are procrastinating or delaying things, then you should follow the following steps:

1. Start self-talk with yourself.
   
2. Ask a few questions from yourself.
   1. What do you exactly want?
      
   2. Is there anyone in this world who is perfect?
      
   3. Why does it matter what others say?
      
   4. Will you becoming perfect help you to achieve your goals?
      
3. You know what, These questions will help you to introspect yourself.
   
4. Once you do this introspection you will have your full analysis.
   
5. You will have your thoughts sorted and you will be clear again about what you need by what time.
   
6. You will have the self-motivation, positivity and you will visualize the results of your future goals.
   
7. This is exactly what you need, right - a motivation to start the actions.
   
8. Start with the action and learn and be better during the process.
   

Always remember "VERSION ONE IS  BETTER THAN VERSION NONE".
