“Project 2025; Will See Suicide Down 20%”
Taryn Hiatt who is the Utah Chapter, Area Director; for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), joins The UNNI Podcast Guestlist on June 3, 2020. Taryn shares her lived experiences as both a suicide attempt survivor, and loss survivor following the death of her father. With a desire to prevent further grief and loss in her own family, and the tragedy of death by suicide in any other family; Taryn sought out the AFSP, and not only received a wealth of knowledge and resources, but realized her purpose to become a part of a national project to reduce suicides and empower diverse communities.
