Liberal solutions to homelessness don't usually help the homeless. Most of the time they actually hurt and its on purpose. When the homeless problem grows, so does the amount of money they get from taxpayers. Let's look at some examples of homeless programs that clearly don't understand human nature, but are also discriminatory.
