The Trump Administration is tightening the belt and downsizing the Federal government. Now we are finding out that the way that federal workers have been hired is not about who is the best and the brightest going all the way back to the Carter administration. Ex-federal workers are now facing the reality that they have not been living on the same planet as private sector workers when it comes to their careers.
