Description

Introducing our guest for the episode, Rochelle Olsen from @rochelleolsenwelling who helps people understand and manage their grief, emotional wellbeing and build resilience.

Her passion is working with women, their partners, families and friends through pregnancy and infant-loss to help them embrace life and find grace. In 2016, Rochelle and her husband Robert lost their first born son Edward at only 7 hours old. She lost her will to survive, her confidence and her identity. Slowly, with a lot of hard work, she was able to find a way forward. And she believes you can too.

Rochelle and @alexandriatreasure chat about the importance of connection and community, adding oil to your lamp first, honouring your past, finding a way through grief, grace after loss, the search for answers, speaking openly, supporting and nurturing the people you love, lighting up the Clocktower, balancing business with empathy and making emotional wellbeing a priority in the modern workplace.

Rochelle’s story is incredible and I am grateful it’s one she shares.
