Tim And Dustin sit down with Laura Hancock to talk Starting out In Youth Work!!!
Laura has a degree in Performing Arts and Theology, she worked for two years as a youth pastor in London and then for 3 ½ years as an outreach worker and worked alongside vulnerable young people. She now heads up the 11-18’s Church Resources team at YFC (Youth For Christ) and volunteers weekly with the young people in her church Zion Christian Centre where her husband is the youth pastor.
Laura shares from her own experience of starting in Youth Work and gives great insight into what questions Youth Workers should be asking themselves when starting.
