What's up everyone it's Captain Kyle Smith and this week I sat down for a Morning Meeting with SDFD FF/PM Luke Manns. Luke has been grinding away since he came on back in 2012. Through consistent action and focusing on the fundamentals, he’s now well on his way towards financial independence.
Luke credits some of his success to conversations he's had at the kitchen table in the fire station. He also grew up in a family that talked about investing. The thing that separates him from most others though is that he took the information he learned, went out and took action with it. From his real estate investing experience, to his 50/30/20 principle, he’s well on his way.
