This week I sat down for a Morning Meeting with SDFD Captain Rich Marcello. Rich has always been known on this fire department as someone who takes action and is deliberate in the way he designs his life. Whether it's structuring his work schedule to allow more time to travel with family✈️, learning from history in the real estate game or building a side hustle into bonafide business, he's always looking for ways to get ahead. This didn't happen by accident though, it happened because he has a vision for how he wants his life to be and he's going out and taking the appropriate steps to make sure it happens 😎
