They share what it takes to manage a fire department scheduled with running a small business, all while raising a young family. It hasn’t been easy, but they have their priorities straight and they’re making progress each day. 💪
Their message about just improving 1% each day is what I preach the most here at The FIREhouse. Improve by just 1% today and another 1% tomorrow and continue that each day. By the end of the year, you’ll be a completely different person, but have to just start taking some steps... 👣
