Matt has been successfully investing in real estate outside of California over the last 10 years. He’s built his portfolio up slow and steady and now has things running on autopilot.
He says to successfully invest out of state you must have a plan, find a target market and build a team by starting with a property manager. Choose your target market where the numbers make sense, there is diverse employment opportunities and a population influx.
