Tim started his REI journey based on a tip he learned from another one of our members. He took the advice and then took ACTION. Has it always been smooth sailing? No, but this line of work never is either. It’s not about worrying about the problem, but rather figuring out the solution. He’s taken his lumps like we all have, but he’s learned from them, gotten stronger for it and kept going.
