What’s up everyone. It‘s Captain Kyle Smith and this week I sat down for a Morning Meeting with SDFD FF/PM Jens Brombach. Jens exemplifies that FF mentality of getting the job done, regardless of how difficult it might seem. Whether it’s running his real estate business or getting his CFP license, he’s going to get the job done through hard work and hustle. If you’re trying to get into real estate, he recommends 4 things to do to make yourself competitive:
1️⃣ Get educated: Know the market and what you can afford ✅
2️⃣ Get pre-approved: Contact me for a list of great lenders! ✅
3️⃣ Make sure your credit is reasonable. Lenders love first responders because they know our income is stable, but they can’t help you if your credit is a mess ✅
4️⃣ Take action with someone you can trust in your corner: At some point, you have to leap. We don’t put up with analysis paralysis on the fire ground. Same, same here...✅
