He outlines all the things that happen behind the scenes when you enter into a real estate contract. His job is to make sure you’re protected from all claims made against your future property and shares all the things to avoid.
Marc and his team are in the risk elimination business and do everything they can to ensure you never hear from them again after you purchase your property. The one thing he says that can help keep this possible is by you actually reading through all the documents they send over for you to sign. No pencil-whipping! Be professional and read through everything. It could mean the difference between a successful transaction or having to go to court down the line.
