What's up everyone it's Captain Kyle Smith and this week I sat down for a Morning Meeting with SDFD Engineer Charles Osterhout. Charles shares his experience running his small business and the challenges he's faced over the last 20 years.
Charles has taken the opportunities given to him and made the best out of each situation. From buying his screen printing business for $1 to helping run a Crossfit gym, he’s seen a lot. He maximizes his time by working ON his business, not IN his business. That's a concept straight out of the New York Times Best- Selling book The E-Myth by Michael Gerber and allows Charles to work more efficiently.
