Emmily Bowman, founder of braidbabes, joins us remotely and talks about how she took her passion for business, combined it with her new-found skill of braiding, and created Braid Babes, a mobile braiding service. Emmily tells us the story of how she learned to braid, what is was like transitioning from office employee to business owner, and gives us the details on her experience hiring employees.
