He found a spot in the woods on Route 16 in Milford, Massachusetts. He installed a big umbrella as a refuge for the rain. For he is afraid to install a camping tent because the landowner may send him away. Unfortunately, Bob is not alone. According to endhomelessness.org, there are more than 20,000 homeless in Massachusetts. It means that 29 people out of 10,000 are homeless in the state. However, these numbers are going to increase precipitously due to the pandemic and the end of the moratorium on evictions.
