Josh Runda (Twitter) is currently in his third year as an assistant with Bluffton University, where he serves as the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator. Runda got his start at his alma mater as a graduate assistant at Bluffton in 2014-15. From there Runda went to Ohio Wesleyan University as the special teams coordinator and defensive line coach. In 2017, he joined the University of Indianapolis staff where he coached the OLB. The Greyhounds completed an undefeated season and won the GLVC. In 2018, Runda returned to Bluffton University as the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach. Bluffton improved their scoring defense by 14 points in year one and had the HCAC defensive player of the year. 2018 marked the fewest yards allowed and points per game at Bluffton since 2000.
