Giving birth to a daughter was even more life-changing for Elisa Tidswell, because it was instrumental in helping her find her voice, make change and realise the importance of being an empowered role model for her daughter.
In this interview, Elisa shares what lead to her founding Such a Gritty Girl, an educational platform for women, girls and families, which she operates along with her head coach.
Creating a service for women and children through coaching, play books, monthly themed educational programs, and with visions for ways to take her services to women and families around the world, Elisa believes in making change and "getting out of your own way", and shares her own personal stories here in our conversation.
