Perri Yiu's passion for eating for both pleasure and purpose underpins every aspect of her work as a dietitian. She explores why women are seemingly obsessed with scales, body weight and dieting, and talks about the harm that can be done through shaming, guilt-tripping, and feeling bad about not being the perfect or ideal body size.
Perri's mission is to help women reclaim their sense of self control over their bodies, to feel joy in eating, and to understand that there are no good or bad foods. As a practicing dietitian, Perri takes a much more personal approach with each client and explores the social conditioning behind dieting, and helps women to find the enjoyment in mindful eating.
Having experienced her own journey with body-image conditioning, Perri is committed to bringing pleasure, passion and joy to the table, and shares insights into how to eat healthy, find balance and live life fully as the best and most healthy version of self.
