The aim of this episode is to support people who are thinking of eating more plant based, or who are already plant based, and want to make sure they are doing all that they can to live in a healthy way. I also dive deep into my take on the recent Seaspiracy Netflix documentary.
I am super excited to have my very good friend Alex Manousos on this episode to talk about plant based living. I have had a lot of good experiences with Alex, he has a great outlook on life, lots of energy, and is super inspirational to be around. Alex and I met while training jiu jitsu, and he is also a purple belt, and a very good one. I have been on Alex’s podcast three times, and he is one of the main reasons why I created my podcast.
