Kelly and I met through Yoga Scotland's Foundation Course and went on to teacher training together through the British Wheel of Yoga. With a further array of training and qualifications under her belt, Kelly shares her views on yoga myths and reasons not to practice, as well as talking about her own experiences and passions.
