A quick reveal of two abusive incidents from two separate relationships; one at age 18 and one age 34. These topics are never easy to talk about, especially on a public forum. I have always felt that talking openly about our hurts takes away the power it has over our lives. I will discuss how the later incident propelled me into my journey of personal development in a way I had not experienced before.
