Nowadays, disputes in construction industry is a common thing and sometimes could not be avoided. Every construction project is bound to have conflict. Conflict would exist when incompatibility of interest happened. Construction disputes arise from misunderstanding or disagreement between two parties or more, which always arose as assertions for extra money or time in a project. As identified there are an exstensive list of 56 causes of disputes.
