A leadership vantage point applied to the story of Abraham arguing/disagreeing with God on what to do with the people of Sodom and the surrounding area. Learning about how God opens the space for Abraham to argue and learning about how Abraham steps into that space and leads up.
Generally, we think of leadership only as it funnels down the chain of command and that is understandable. However, it is vital for teams, companies, countries, and even for families that there is also leading up the chain. This is crucial for overall success and accomplishment but more importantly for creating a good culture and growth for everyone involved.
We learn it this week from God, the Ultimate Leader, and Abraham, the first leader of the faith.
