The people of Israel hit the ground running this week and run into obstacle after obstacle, adversity after adversity, problem after problem and the question is 'why?'
Why does God have to constantly make it so difficult for them? Can't they rest? They've been slaves forever! How about a week off, then bring on another challenge?!? It seems endless... What is going on?
The truth is, I think many of us feel that right now it's the same for us as well. If that is the case, then what is going on? What can we do about it? How do we handle/deal/approach it? What does the story of the People of Israel in the desert this week have to teach us about life's many obstacles?
