I think asking for help is one of the hardest things to do, regardless of the stakes.
It seems to me that there are so many reasons for so many people as to why they DON'T seek help and equally why they should! No judgment there, just a statement.
Yet, we also know that we can't do it alone with most things in life. We need help.
