This week's topic: Responsibility
So my question for this week is: Is there ever a point where our responsibility for actions ends? Is there a line we can draw after which we are no longer responsible for what happens? Does it differ between a legal and perhaps our own moral/ethical standard?

Oh, and what is the difference, assuming there is one, between responsible and accountable?
