Hey! This is a SPECIAL EDITION of Coaching with the Bible!
That's right! Episode #49 is coming to you early in the week (no worries, there will be another later this week) because we have an important matter to discuss: YOU
The High Holidays are fast approaching, 2 weeks from today and we need to get to work on: YOU
Ask yourself this question:
How often have I reviewed myself in the same way that probably happens at work (annual performance review) or happened to me as a kid in school (test or semester report card)?
My guess is probably never.
Yes, on occasion when we say or do something we shouldn't have said or done, we'll look back on it and feel bad, maybe even apologize. A full-scale personal review of everything? Not likely.
No worries, that was my answer too! (until now!)
But to quote a world-class coach, John Wooden: 'Without proper self-evaluation failure is inevitable.'
I invite you to take a listen to this special episode focused on 'the what, the why, and the how' of a personal annual review, and then below I share a special link to your first 'personal annual review'.
As always, we'll begin with the current week's Torah reading and work from there to our own lives.
This week, different than before, I'm asking you to share:
The more people who work through this the better their upcoming year will be and by extension, the better all of us will be.
Note #1: Your answers are your own and neither I nor anyone else has access to nor needs to know your answers
Note #2: To use the document, first make a copy of it and then get to work!
Happy Learning and Growing!
