• How do we know when to put ourselves first as opposed to putting others first?
• Can you think of a time in your life when you clearly put yourself first?
• Can you think of a time in your life when you clearly put yourself second?
• How did that feel?
• Why did you do it?

All of these questions point to a conversation that the Bible is having throughout the story of Joseph and his brothers. 

The heart of that conversation is this question: when is it about 'me' and when is it about 'we'?
