Steps to Lectio Divina:

1. Read (Lectio) - Read the passage.

2. Reflect (Meditatio) - Reflect on a word or phrase that stands out, acknowledging that the Holy Spirit is speaking to you through the passage.

3. Respond (Oratio) - Talk to the Lord about the passage.

4. Rest (Contemplatio) - Rest in the Lord's presence for several minutes.
