In this episode I break down the hero's journey and what it honestly looks like to leave the comfort of life as we currently know it. It is useful to begin this discussion from the start, and to understand how the mind works, so that you understand how your mind is going to do its best to work against you, in the hopes that you might return to the comfort and safety of normal. Once we understand our thinking, the purpose is to then return the power of decision making and guidance, which is currently sitting with the mind, back to our bodies. In this episode I share with you the map of the Heros Journey and a powerful way of understanding how your triggers, projections and stories. Apart of my main responsibilities as a coach and a Game Changer is to go beyond the story being presented, and listen for what is actually being said. It is my deep desire is that you to may learn how to harness that ability for yourself.
