Aimee joined CrossFit East Decatur in early 2011 after first starting CrossFit in the Emory University gym with her fellow peers while completing her Physical Therapy schooling. We discuss what it was like for Aimee during those early days of CrossFit and how her training enhanced her formal education and eventually her decision on how to run her own practice. A lot has happened in her 10 years in fitness, including joining several other gyms and communities, CrossFit Regional competitions, multiple excellent coaches, marriage and two children, and starting her own business.
