This webinar explores the vital elements of creating an environment for ministry that is effective, spirit-led, and aligned with God’s calling. The discussion will center around a key question: What is the role of the Holy Spirit in balancing the things we are "supposed" to do with the things we are called to do?
In ministry, there are numerous tasks that demand our attention, but not all of them are directly connected to the unique calling God has placed on our lives.
Dr. Abegunde helped unpack how we can differentiate between responsibilities and divine callings, and how the Holy Spirit plays an essential role in guiding us through this discernment process. You'll learn how to foster a ministry environment where believers can serve with purpose, joy, and excellence while maintaining a heart that is sensitive to God's leading.
This session will also provide you with spiritual insights and practical strategies for creating a thriving ministry environment.
