As we're buckling in for the long haul together it's good to think through what will sustain us over the coming months. Have a listen to our friend Phyllis Matthis as she shares some thoughts on how we frame this unexpected season.

- We are all intersecting with this new reality in different ways. What is the frame you are viewing this crisis through? Are there any alternate ways that you could frame what is happening?
