In this episode, we speak with first team All-American hurdler Dashaun Jackson. We start off the show talking about how Dashaun originally found track and ended up choosing to go to Saint Francis to compete in college (2:30). We then get into  some of his motivations and how he stays on the top of his game (13:45). He tells tells us about his experience at the NCAA Championship and being in the race that Grant Holloway breaks the NCAA record in (21:00). After that, we talk about his experience competing for Team USA and winning a medal at the U23 Pan American championship (26:00).  We then talk about what it's like competing as a pro athlete and what has changed since graduating college (28:30). We then finish out our conversation with discussing the postponement of the Olympics and what it means for his training (44:00).
