Nashville indie pop artist/writer/producer Blake Ruby uses a blend of pop melodies, jazz influence and an honest, introspective, songwriting style to blur the lines of genres and musical taste. Amassing nearly 3 million streams to date across platforms, Ruby is quickly making a statement in 2021 with a fresh sonic landscape. He released his first single, “A Lot Less Happening” in June and his most recent release, “I Surrender”, an off-kilter, art-ballad, that was quickly added to Spotify’s Fresh Finds playlist. Ruby is set to release one more single in the late summer to be accompanied by a music video.
