In this episode Ant chats with Nick Braithwaite, the great nephew of the wonderful Hungarian artist George Mayer-Marton. George was a leading European artist who moved to London with the looming threat of WW2. We learn about George's life in London and his time in Liverpool. George was a painter and pioneering mosaic artist. He also taught in Liverpool and his students included Stuart Sutcliffe and John Lennon.
