Bible Text: Ephesians 1:18-20.
This teaching covers an elaborate study on another knowledge the enlightened must possess which is, THE JOYFUL AND CONFIDENT EXPECTATION OF ETERNAL SALVATION.
Salvation was God's work done in Himself and in eternity, implemented at the beginning of time which manifested in time. Hence, salvation was in existence before and from when time began, this makes salvation older than time and time a beneficiary of salvation.
The Bible says, "...Lamb slain from the foundation of the world". Revelation 13:8b.
God did salvation in Himself and eternity, and whatever the Lord does is forever (Ecclesiastes 3:14a I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever:), this includes the work of salvation. However, man has a responsibility towards God's great gift of salvation. This eternal nature of salvation is the joyful and confident expectation of eternal salvation which the enlightened in Christ has. This keeps us joyful irrespective of the happenings around us.
God does not force His will on Man, salvation inclusive. To this end, the response of man to the offering of God's great salvation determines the experience and end of man. Discover in this teaching, four (4) major ways a man can respond to God's great gift of salvation. Listen now.
