At new birth, the spirit of the Bew Creation becomes regenerated and totally mature that is, complete the same way Christ is hence, as Christ is in heaven so are we on earth 1 John 4 verse 17. This also helps us understand that the spirit of the New Creature instantly and spontaneously believes God in totality at new birth. And the spirit is everything God is and believes everything God says. However, it is not the case with the soul/mind of the New Creation at new birth.
