Decision making is an integral part of what God expects from us after suffering for a while. When God says it is over and you are not ready to come out, suffering becomes self inflicted and no longer suffering with Christ. Sometimes, sentiments & emotions make people stay in a suffering allowed for just a while.
God's way of recompense after suffering for a while is that, God makes one turn resolutely in a certain direction He is leading him into. Until one resolve to move out of the mess he/she is in, the mess can't be turned to a message by God. God called us to know & see Him not to know & see the future because He is our future & knows our future. It is better suffering looking unto Jesus than enjoying looking unto men because in the end, vain is the help of man.
