Welcome to Day 16 of our Restoration Series. Today, we dive into the powerful message of boasting in the Lord as we testify to His restorative works, as highlighted in Psalm 126:3. When the heathen acknowledge what God is doing in our lives, it is our responsibility to boldly confirm and testify to these miracles. Failing to do so equates to being ashamed of the Gospel of Christ.
Every opportunity to share what God has done is an opportunity to declare the Gospel. Our response to the heathen's recognition of God's work should be to proclaim salvation through Jesus Christ. Restoration is not for show-off; it’s for winning souls and evangelizing.
We must show love and minister the Gospel to those who do not yet know Christ. Handing a Bible to someone who has just received salvation is a tangible way to foster their new faith. The five-fold ministry exists to equip the saints to spread the message of Jesus to the world.
Whenever someone sees Christ in us, it’s an opportunity to minister Jesus to them, not to attribute our success to ourselves, skills, or systems. Just as a wise businessman seizes opportunities, we must seize every chance to share Jesus. God's restoration in our lives provides us with these opportunities for soul-winning.
Remember, it’s the Holy Spirit who wins souls, but our responsibility is to evangelize by presenting Jesus through the preaching of the Gospel.
