Failure to manifest the fullness of the Godhead head is a result of either ignorance of it and its constituents or refusal to possess it which is slackness. This is why we must know the fullness of the Godhead and possess it.
One aspect of the fullness of the Godhead, an allocation in our land, Christ Jesus, is the presence, power, agency, and riches of God and Christ.
