The moment we believe in Jesus and His finished work we immediately enter into God's rest and cease from trying to please God and make Him approve of us via our works Hebrews 4:10. As a result of the finished work of Jesus all things are ours 1Corinthians 3:21-22 and we have been blessed with all spiritual blessings Ephesians 1:3. As a result of these as saints our spirit man is whole, at rest, mature, blessed with all spiritual blessings , perfect and lacking nothing, same way Jesus is.

Although we are spirit beings, we do have human bodies which is our license to transact on this physical realm called earth.

Our physical nature, makes us desire to import our spiritual resources into the physical realm. This desire is the reason for all the spiritual activities like studying our Bibles, prayer, fasting, giving, tithing, evangelism, sacrificial giving, free will offerings, seed sowing and other covenant practices we engage in. By these acts we are importing blessings from the spiritual to the physical.

Just as locations are separated by either water or land, likewise the spiritual is separate from the physical, and eternity (where God lives) is separate from time (where man lives).

Where possible bridges are built to connect two (2) physical locations. The bridge between the spiritual and physical realm is the soul. Also, between two (2) physical locations, importation of goods/ resources does not happen immediately they are desired/ ordered. Same applies when we desire to import spiritual blessings from the spiritual to the physical.
If we must see spiritual blessings manifest physically in our lives, our minds must be trained to allow them cross the bridge from eternity to time.
