The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: Therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.
Psalm 28:7, KJV.
This episode on the reasons why we praise God, reveals the eternal character of God. The truth remains that, we cannot and would not know how to thank the God we do not know. The revelation of God's eternal character is what helps us praise Him eternally.
Immaturity amongst believers is what makes the Church the loudest when we receive things from God. Our praise to God must be revelation-based, not based on the things we get or has happened to us. We must learn to praise God because of His eternal character.
Hence, whenever there is a break in our praise to God, it is as a result of lack of understanding of the eternal nature of God's mercy.
The mercy of God endures forever thus, our praise to God and trust in God must be continuous. God is our HELP- The Help, and those He sends our way are Helpers.
