Bible Reading: John 2:1-11.
This miracle of Jesus, turning water into wine, is quite different from the multiplication of loaves and fishes, although both miracles entail provision. This is because unlike loaves and fishes which were multiplied with no changes to their chemical compositions. The chemical composition of water and wine respectively are different thus, changing water into wine meant changing the chemical compositions of liquids. For this to happen, nature and time had to be compressed beyond natural possibility.
There are no coincidences in the workings of God, listen to this study to gain an understanding of why Jesus chose to change water into wine the marriage of Cana.
